We provide introductory training courses for new Promasys customers and intensive training courses for more advanced Promasys users.

After installation of Promasys software at the site of new customers, we provide an on-site introductory training course, which focusses on learning to navigate through the application, on setting up new studies in Promasys and on basic data entry tasks. The duration of the introductory training course is between one or two days, mainly depending on the number of attendees. Costs of the introductory training are included in the license fee.

For users who want to become Promasys experts, we provide an intensive training course that treats the more advanced options of study definition, the full details of data entry, export of data to other programs (e.g. for statistical analysis), using the Query Management module, advances reporting options, and many more. Special attention is given to configuring the access rights structure of Promasys. After completing the intensive training course, users are able to function as Promasys trainers in their organization.

Alle trainees who have completed a Promasys training course receive an authorized training certificate for their training record.
