Promasys provides your organization with many features and functions that support an efficient conduct of your trials. Automatic generation of CRF's and labels for sample tubes, automated distribution of reports, worklists for study nurses, these are just a few examples of how Promasys helps your organization being efficient.

Once your study design is complete, Promasys can automatically generate CRF'S that follow the natural execution of study visits. The contents of these CRF's and the order and grouping of the items that appear on the CRF  can be changed by using Forms. In fact, Forms just offer an alternative view on the total CRF.

In addition to CRF'S, Promasys can also generate labels, for instance for sample tubes. These labels have a unique indentifier that ensure that the sample is linked to the correct subject and the correct measurement. If you also use the option to print barcodes on the labels, and you make use of Promasys 5.0's special Lab Connection functionality, the whole process of sample handling and lab data management can become highly automated and error proof.

Another feature of Promasys is the Job Scheduler. This feature allows you to let Promasys take care of the generation and distribution of reports in the background, ate dates, times and intervals defined by you.
