Promasys has a special module for work hours registration and cost calculation.

You can define hourly rates and special fees for individual employees. Staff members can register their work hours on a weekly basis, specified for each clincial trial they work on. In addition, you can allocate prices to individual clinical trial activities and measurements.  

These functions enable you to generate reports that calculate actual costs during the execution or after completion of  your trials, which can form the basis of your internal financial reporting , but also help you for instance to generate invoices to sponsors. It also helps yo to make accurate cost projections for new trials, if a trial is similar to one that you have already conducted in the past.
