The Query Management module of Promasys provides a tool to generate, answer, and track queries, not only on individual trial data, but also on protocol items and on trial subject information.

The query management module can be used for internal quality control, but also to give  external persons, e.g. a monitor of a sponsor company, limited access so that he or she can only see the data of the trial(s) he is monitoring and can create queries and accept/reject answers to queries. With the correct access rights and with the Promasys client installed on the computer of the monitor, this can also happen remotely, which will improve the speed of the monitoring process and the efficiency of the monitor's job.
